Linux: enable encrypted swap (Ubuntu / Debian)

1. create and enable a "regular" swap partition (fdisk / mkswap / swapon)

2. install ecryptfs-utils and run ecryptfs-setup-swap
sudo apt-get install ecryptfs-utils
sudo ecryptfs-setup-swap
